Chelsea grew up in Wisconsin and attended Auburn University earning her Bachelor of Science in Molecular, Cellular, and Microbial Biology and her Bachelor of Art in Spanish. She attended University of Wisconsin-Madison for graduate school earning her PhD in Microbiology.
Her favorite assay is whole-virion ELISAs. She is looking forward to exploring Central Park and to living in a place with public transportation!
